Straw yellow wine with greenish reflections. Very clean aromas, where white fruit and tropical fruit stand out. The palate is soft, light, fresh and sparkles. It envelops you and is filled with freshness.

Try it with soft fish, and sausages, or dare to do it with fine cheeses that are not very strong.

Rueda is a region whose prized wine is a white wine made from the Verdejo grape. The Garciarevalo winery specializes in Verdejo and has plantings up to 100 years old. An excellent choice for those lovers of Sauvignon Blanc as the fresh fruit is different yet just as refreshing. Enjoy with poached cod.
