Round, supple and juicy, the 2018 Trim Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect accompaniment to all occasions. The nose offers plush cherry and strawberry fruit, as well as licorice, herbal tea, chamomile, cinnamon and vanilla. The tannins are soft, giving a lush mouthfeel, approachable structure and an oak driven sweetness.
This wine is a complement to an array of dishes; enjoy with a meal or
casually on its own.
