The Joliesse California Cabernet Sauvignon is a well-balanced, luscious wine that presents with balanced acidity and well-integrated tannins. Rich garnet in color, aromas of Bing cherry, Olallieberry and a hint of pepper entice the senses. Darker notes of blueberry, violet and subtle minerality round out the palate while the smooth tannin structure coats the palate in an elegant and approachable way, with a lingering finish.
