The Tuscany Vermentino Acquagiusta of Tenuta La Badiola was born in vineyards located in the Fattoria di Acquagiusta, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. It is produced exclusively with Vermentino grapes, harvested strictly by hand. The vinification takes place by pressing the whole grapes at very low pressures. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
It has a straw yellow color with soft greenish reflections. The nose opens with floral and fruity notes, enriched with pleasant vegetable nuances. In the mouth it is fragrant and delicate, with an important acidity that gives freshness and pleasantness. Persistence is interesting, round and balanced.
Perfect to accompany appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and vegetable dishes.
