Aged with close control of the oxidative process and in a very traditional style, Kopke's Colheitas offers great freshness, a wonderful balance between sweetness and acidity, and an ultra-long aftertaste. This 1951 is elegant and subtle, delivering beautiful notes of preserved citrus, raisins and creme-brulee.
Amber color, intense and complex nose with a range of aromas of anise, almonds, Cointreau, maple and apricot. Elegant, viscous and delicious, an extraordinary balance thanks to its acidity, flavors of dates and cashews with an aftertaste of endless candy.
