Hot Buttered Bourbon

Serve in a mug topped with  whipped cream & dust with ground cinnamon


Easy Hot Buttered Rum Batter 

  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1/2 pound brown sugar
  • 1/2 pound sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened slightly

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Blend in brown sugar and confectioners' sugar. Remove from heat, and whisk in the ice cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour mixture into a mason jar & freeze.
