-
La Jara Organic Prosecco Brut - Organic Prosecco crafted from 100% Glera grapes. This wine was crafted under the strict certified organic principles, with natural re-fermentation in autoclave (aka the Charmat Method). The soils are stony gravel deposited by the river Piave. These stones, called Jara in the local dialect, give this wine its pronounced minerality, one that sets La Jara apart from your typical Prosecco.
Blandine le Blanc 2019 - A light, bright and herbal wine, this has green asparagus and citrus flavors. Acidity sears through the fruitiness, giving freshness and a crisp, vibrant character.
Los Conejos Malditos Blanco 2018 - Natural fermentation in amphorae of whole bunches with indigenous yeasts. No fining. No filtration. Minimum Sulpher. Light Amber, ripe yellow stone fruit mixed with aromas of walnut, dried herbs and minerals. Medium body with a hint of butteriness, balanced acid and good mouth feel. Flavours of quince, dried apricot and melon are mixed with wild herbs and minerals. A pleasant volatile note lingers in the medium long finish.
Umathum Rosa Rose 2019 - A serious rose from Austria's three main varieties Blaufrankisch, Sankt Laurent and Zweigelt. The grapes grow on gravel and schist soils in Frauenkirchen and Jois on vines that are up to 43 years old. Manual harvest in October is followed by a cold soak and a bleed-off ("saignee") of the juice that gets to ferment and evolve in steel tank. The Rosa is an ideal aperitif wine but also goes well with salad, fish and seafood or with cheese.
Pierre Gauthier Domaine du Bel Air Bourgueil Jour de Soif 2019 - The vine are farmed organically and the grapes are hand harvested. The grapes are sorted and de-stemmed and fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Only the free run juice is used. Showing rich roses and violets on the nose and a spiced cranberry palate. A must for Loire Valley red lovers.
Amavi Syrah 2015 - The aromas are brooding, with notes of dried herb, earth, blackberry, blueberry and flower revealing themselves over time. The flavors are dense and rich, backed by a squeeze of grainy tannins. "The keenly priced 2015 Syrah reveals spicy aromas of blackberry and cassis that mingle with notes of chocolate and lilac. On the palate, it's full-bodied, ample and lavish, with a generous, open-knit profile, low acidity and a rich, savory finish. A success in its style, drink it over the next 6 or 7 years." - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

A wine list from Flask published in the early 1970s
Driving down Ventura Blvd in Studio City in the 1960’s has something in common with today, Flask Fine Wine & Whisky- Flask first opened its doors to the public in 1962. Decades later and it still remains a respected fixture in the Los Angeles community.
We work directly with the wineries, distilleries and breweries to maintain a personal relationship with the creators of some of our favorite products.
We want to know their stories and how they produce bottles that fit into our unique collection. We make a point to keep our selection stocked with a wide variety, offering your classic Napa icons to your natural & organic wines.
We like to think of our whiskey and spirit section as more of a library where the rarest of bottles can be found.
We look forward to helping you find your next favorite bottle!
