100% direct press Trebbiano Toscano, spontaneously fermented, and aged in stainless steel. The faded gold and green color may call forth the waning days of warmer weather but 'Nucleo 2' is actually perfect for this time of year. It's light, sunny, and full of zesty limes, thyme, and cut grass, with just enough zip to put a pep in your step.
