Beaucanon Trifecta 2012 750ml
Trifecta is a complex delicately balanced wine using four estate grown Bordeaux varietals. Under the watchful eye of Louis de Conick our vineyards are organically raised until they are ready for harvest. We hand pick all of our fruit at night to ensure optimum freshness as the fruit goes to the presses. The juice then undergoes fermentation in open barrels and concrete tanks, during which it will undergo 4 to 5 weeks of maceration before finding its way to our barrels.

Cherry, cassis and a cordial-like richness dominate in this medium-bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. The fruit ripeness is elegantly offset by tobacco, leather and grippy tannin. Drink now through 2020.
