Surrounded by nature’s bounty, we distill genuine, farm-to-glass whiskey. We harvest our own crops each year, seed experimental grains, and we’ve perfected a custom toast/char profile for our local, sustainably harvested, Vermont Estate Oak barrels. When our whiskey is in the bottle, we use our ex-Rye barrels to age local maple syrup for signature craft cocktails. And the journey is just getting started. While making history in American Whiskey, we’ll un-doubtedly encounter unexpected twists and turns along the way. As our legendary Master Distillery Dave Pickerell once said, “I’m OK making mistakes.
