The flagship wine for the estate, Le Diacce is our special cuvée, a selection of the top Merlot grapes from our vineyards, generally with a little Alicante Bouschet added. Similar to the Riserva, it's fermented and aged in French oak, then refined in the bottle for at least one year. Inky purple red with a silky mouth-filling texture, its aromas consist of ripe plums, spiced dark cocoa, coffee, toasted nuts and earthy tones. Great structure with long and velvety finish. Ideal for roasted and grilled red meats, game, aged cheeses. We recommend waiting at least 5 to 6 years from vintage for consumption; can be cellared for 12- 15 years.

All shipments require an adult signature on delivery. Please make sure an adult 21 or older will be available to sign for your package. We recommend shipping to a business address when possible.
