MASSENEZ's Green Apple Liqueur is very true to the original fruit. The freshness of apples, their sweetness and acidity stand out in this Liqueur. An exceptional Liqueur, renowned for its incomparable flavor.

Colorless, crystalline. Very beautiful brilliance. Great fluidity in the glass. Full, expressive, intense nose. Clear fruit aromas and acidity. Intense attack, marked by the sugar in the fruit then offset by a hint of typical Green Apple acidity. Long finish leaving a very slight aroma of citrus fruits.

All Massenez Cremes are a triple concentration of fruit, sugar and eau-de-vie. The taste of these luscious cremes is achieved by using only the best juice from the freshest fruit, a high dosage of sugar (400 grams per liter) and eau-de-vie. Its Massenezs skill in the art of distillation which is responsible for these quintessential Cremes.
