Color: Dark Caramel

Nose: The nose is very complex and has a lot going on. There are notes of caramel, butterscotch and barrel char right off the bat. These are followed up with notes of apple, pear, nutmeg, and oak. Notes of vanilla and toasted oak round out the nose.

Palate: The bourbon whiskey has a medium viscosity and runs down the sides of the palate starting at the mid palate. Big notes of vanilla, toffee, cinnamon and toasted oak shine followed by notes of allspice and honey.

Finish: There is a medium finish with notes of honey, toasted oak, barrel char, and cinnamon.
