Angel’s Envy Cask 2018 Cask Strength bourbon, according to those behind it, is bottled at 124 proof, or 62% ABV. It is a small batch, finished whiskey that, like the flagship Angel’s Envy, sees extra maturation time in ex-port wine barrels after first having aged up to seven years in American oak.
