Bunnahabhain Cask Strength 2022 12 year Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky 113.2 proof
Russet gold. Initial notes of creamy milk chocolate, red berries and sweet dried fruit are balanced with classic Oloroso spiciness and a hint of cloves. Toasted nuts, salted caramel and chocolate-covered raisins are intertwined with crisp apples, poached pears and a dusting of cinnamon. A sweet long finish with cocoa, cherries and a light sea spray.
The second annual 12-Year-Old Cask Strength release has been bottled at a higher abv of 56.6%, creating really intense, rich, and concentrated flavors. With lots of spice, orange marmalade and bold dried fruit notes balanced with toasted oak.
