Stalky, slightly funky and rubbery berry aromas lead to a tomatoey palate that's grabby feeling. Saucy plum and tomato flavors are steady on the finish, but that doesn't mean much given that this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot just doesn't have a lot going for it. Chalk this up as yet another 2016 Mendoza red that got compromised by bad weather conditions.
