It opens with an aroma that is a beautiful balance of sweet and spice, which is mirrored in its taste. The palate exquisitely follows with harmony that develops into a clean and lasting finish. Produced from a Cognac house founded in 1875, the expertise of each creation passed the test of time. Owned by the reputable Braastad family, who originally migrated to Cognac from Norway, each product of this house is both worldly and timeless. A bright amber with enticing depth. Liquorice and root ginger with hints of lemon sorbet slowly transition to sweet pineapples. Some treacle and sappy notes rise as the aroma develops. Brioche and apricot jam offer a final touch. Surprisingly creamy and a clean spiciness, with peppermint, nutmeg and vanilla. A little bitter on the finish, with a white-grapefruit tang.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
