Blanton's Straight from the Barrel is a world class bourbon. With depths of flavour, its high alcohol volume makes it an intense and powerful, yet inviting whiskey. The complexity of rye, caramel, oak, honey and vanilla coat the palate and lead to a finish of peaches and citrus, with a buttery chocolate aftertaste. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water, this is one for true connoisseurs of cask strength whiskeys.

We pack Blanton's very very well, but due to the high proof, large cork & stopper, and very thin wax, bottles can leak and wax can crack due to movement or temperature changes- No claim can be lodged against cap & seal failure/leakage in transit.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
