Intense ruby color with garnet reflections, brilliant and promising beautiful depth. Aromatic and complex nose, revealing aromas of black fruits (blackberry, cherry) mixed with notes of undergrowth , truffle and delicate spices. On the palate, this Clos de la Roche is ample and powerful , with silky and well-integrated tannins. The ripe fruit flavors blend harmoniously with nuances of chocolate and a refined minerality , offering a long and elegant finish.
The Raphet estate is distinguished by its values of humility and respect. Marion, by taking over the reins, honors history and tradition while bringing evolutions to it. Trained by her father and enriched by experiences abroad (United States, New Zealand), she has become a renowned winemaker of the Côte de Nuits.
