With its delicate, slightly aggressive tannins , this wine can be enjoyed for five years with grilled red meats, duck breasts, and game pâtés . Over time, it reveals its full splendor when paired with small game and cheeses .

Due to its proximity to the Vaucrains terroir , this wine has a character that is both structured and supple , offering a refined taste experience . It is made exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape variety , thus expressing all the nobility of this variety.

Passionate about quality wine, Domaine du Clos des Poulettes is a family wine estate located in Burgundy, on the Côte de Nuits . We cultivate 16 ha of vines planted in the villages of Corgoloin, Nuits-Saint-Georges (more than 3 ha) and Vosne-Romanée. All are planted with Pinot Noir (85%) or Chardonnay (15%). Our flagship plot, Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru called "le Clos des Poulettes" is surrounded by 3 walls and gave its name to the estate.  

From the conception of the wine to its final result, in other words, from the bunch of grapes to its bottling, everything is done with care and passion within this family estate passed down from mother to daughter for more than 7 generations. Tradition  and  modernity  complement and constantly blend together to produce  quality wines with the  best  that the  Burgundy terroir can offer.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
