This is very typical for the vineyard site with richness and almost decadence . Plums, smoke, meat and some truffle undertones. Full-bodied with ripe, round tannins and a flavorful finish. A beauty already, but needs two or three years to soften.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
