Combine in a shaker:

• 1 oz Evan Williams 
• 1 oz Pommeau de Normandie
• 1/4oz Allspice Dram
• 3/4oz Lemon juice
• 1/2oz Demerara Rum

Shake with ice. Strain over ice into rocks glass & garnish with Cinnamon Stick.
