In the nose it seduces with fruity aroma of exotic fruit like mango, lychee, passion fruit fruit and citrus backed-up with peppery spiciness. This BA shows incredibly deep fruit on the palate and has a fascinating balance between sweetness and fine acidity. A perfect food companion for spicy blue-cream cheeses!

The Seewinkel region counts together with Sauternes in France and Tokaj in Hungary to the most renowned regions for sweet wines in the world.
