An exciting old example of Stitzel Weller Very Old Fitzgerald Bourbon. Distilled and bottled at the Stitzel-Weller distillery in 1957 while it was still being run by the legendary Julian 'Pappy' Van Winkle. Bottled one year after his death by his son, Julian Van Winkle II in 1966.
Bottled in Bond at 90 proof.

Pappy Van Winkle retired from the distillery in 1964 and passed away in 1965. His son Julian Van Winkle Jr. continued to supervise the brand through 1972.
