La Paloma is decidedly not Tequila - for many reasons - but it is made from Blue agave and so the shared flavors will be many. This is a single estate agave from La Paloma Ranch in Goleta, CA. The mission is the same as all Ventura Spirits fruit distillates - pull out as much flavor as possible from the raw materials and carry it into the distillate. This is one of the most intriguing agave spirits on our shelf.
La Paloma is a humble nod to the classic Mexican spirit. Ventura Spirits strives to pull as much pure flavor as possible from the agave and carry it through to the finished spirit. The result is a complex, flavorful agave spirit certain to intrigue even the most dedicated tequila drinker.

All shipments require an adult signature on delivery. Please make sure an adult 21 or older will be available to sign for your package. We recommend shipping to a business address when possible.
