Brewed with heirloom Regenerative Organic Certified® White Sonora wheat from Oatman Farms in Arizona, and the soil-saving and carbon-capturing Kernza® grain, a certified organic wheatlike perennial developed by The Land Institute, this lager demonstrates that beer can be both delicious and have a positive environmental impact, the joint mission behind Topa Topa and Patagonia Provisions, both 1% for the Planet members.

The collaborative journey to stabilizing the supply chain of this soil-saving beer has been years in the making, as part of Patagonia Provisions’ mission to make delicious, nutritious foods and beverages that help fight the environmental crisis.

Yes, in most cases, the photograph on the product page is of the specific bottle for sale. If we have multiple quantities of the same item, the photo represents the general condition of all bottles under that SKU. Any significant condition issues, such as low ullage or bin-stained labels, will be clearly noted in the product description. We are happy to provide additional high-resolution images upon request-please contact us.

We use premium, industry-standard materials to protect every shipment. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.

Yes. During periods of extreme heat, we include complimentary ice packs in our insulated shippers. However, to fully protect your investment, we strongly recommend selecting an overnight shipping service in these conditions. We can also hold your shipment at no charge for up to one year upon request.
