Nose full of vibrant herbs black pepper and chocolate covered cherries. The fresh red fruit on the palate jumps out with subtle notes of black tea and savory smoked meats. Soft and fragrant fruit lingers on the acid-driven finish alongside gentle chalky tannins. A beautiful and pure pinot noir right out of the gates.

Black cherries, assorted darker berries, leafy herbs, sage, rose, and hints of iodine all emerge from the 2022 Pinot Noir Estate, a medium-bodied, complex, pretty, almost racy Pinot Noir that has solid depth of fruit, as well as a great finish. It blossoms with air, so don't be afraid to give this a decant if drinking any time soon. It should have an easy 10-12 years of prime drinking.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
