Rooster Rojo Ahumado Reposado Tequila 750ml
Slow-roast the agave in a pit-oven for 48 hours, balance it with cooked agave, then ferment, double-distill and let the spirit rest in oak barrels for two months. The result is a smoky, delicate and balanced artisanal tequila. Rooster Rojo Ahumado Tequila is made from hand selected 100% Blue Weber Agave . The fruit that we select comes from the Los Altos de Jalisco and the tequila from personally selected fields.
Pit-roast the agave in our artisanal underground oven for 48 hours using heated stones and special firewood. The agave is the fist cut, then covered with dried agave fiber and sealed with moistened earth. We balance the intensely smoked agave with traditionally cooked agave, ferment and double-distill the spirit and let it rest in oak barrels for over two months.

All shipments require an adult signature on delivery. Please make sure an adult 21 or older will be available to sign for your package. We recommend shipping to a business address when possible.
