Redbreast 15 Year Old is made from a mixed mash of malted and unmalted barley, which is then distilled in a pot still and aged in bourbon and sherry barrels. Complex but harmonious, flavors include roasted nuts, hints of apricot, and fruit cake. The palate is complex with aromatic dried fruits, exotic spices, and chocolate undertones, complemented with a nice, oaky finish.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
