Made from Gohyaku-Mangoku Rice by the Suehiro Sake Brewery in Fukushima, this sparkling sake is drier than most with a hint of sweetness lending it better to creative food pairings than some of our sweeter sparklers. It's got the honeydew notes and the yogurty flavor that I commonly associate with these sparkling sakes, a great light body, and fine bubbles.
