The Blend is an extra virgin olive oil from biologically grown fields and from varieties that are more resistant to the olive fruit fly than the Ascolan Tenera. The main varieties, which are variable in percentage terms in relation to the annual production, are: Pendolino, Frantoio, Picholine, Sargano, Piantone di Mogliano.

The harvest is early, in or about the beginning of October, a period in which this varieties give intense aromas of wild grass, artichoke, chicory and green almond.
