Old Carter Whiskey Co. is a small-batch Bourbon and Rye whiskey producer based in Louisville, Kentucky and producing a number of limited bottlings. The company was established by Napa Valley winery owners Mark and Sherri Carter (of Calistoga based Carter Cellars), sourcing Straight Rye, Bourbon and American Whiskey from around Kentucky.

The husband-and-wife team selects individual barrels for label and oversees blending. The core of the range is based around the Straight Rye and Straight Bourbon labels. A number of aged release expressions (released as "American Whiskey") and single-barrel labels are also produced.

All shipments require an adult signature on delivery. Please make sure an adult 21 or older will be available to sign for your package. We recommend shipping to a business address when possible.

We ship packages Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Express (overnight & 2 day) are usually shipped the same-day if placed by Noon Pacific time.. Please call for priority overnight services. We're happy to accommodate whenever possible.

Ground orders are usually packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed, Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
