The Bruery Melange

Taste is some really bright acidity on the front with the anise notes, slightly sour cherry as well with a little funk and caramel. Swallow is acidic with some slight funk on the finish. This beer is on the heavier side of medium with a slightly thick and syrupy mouthfeel. Carbonation is a little prickly which is fine and the beer finishes on the dry side.
