Created in 2015 by the Paquet and Montagnac families, Paquet Montagnac Bourgogne is a wine merchant based in the heart of Burgundy.

We offer a wide range of wines (Burgundy, Beaujolais, Rhône Valley, rosés from Provence and French wines) catering to different markets around the world. Our sourcing, production facilities and logistics experience allow us to adapt to all demands, regardless of market size.

Sitting in the shadow of Pouilly-Fuissé, Mâcon Fuissé nonetheless allows producers in the Fuissé commune of the Mâconnais a degree of flexibility.

Mâcon Fuissé is a subregional designation of the Mâcon appellation of southern Burgundy, covering white (Chardonnay) wines made in the commune of Fuissé (itself within the higher profile region of Pouilly-Fuissé). Fuissé lies roughly nine kilometers (5.5 miles) west of Mâcon city, at the southern end of the Mâconnais wine region of southern Burgundy. The area is something of a transitional one, claiming a high reputation for its Chardonnay-based white wines, but sitting only a few kilometers north of the Beaujolais and Beaujolais Villages regions, well-known for their Gamay-based red wines.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
