Macallan 12 year Old is a widely popular Speyside single malt scotch whisky matured in sherry casks to give it the premium name and taste it has. This rich whisky appreciates a reputation of luxury and fine taste all over the world. A lot of its credibility comes from the brand itself which famously spends the most on sourcing and preparing their handcrafted casks for the maturation of its liquor.
The nose experiences aromas of vanilla, ginger, dried fruits along with notes of sherry scents spectacularly balanced by wood smoke for that ideal aroma worth savouring. Upon sipping it, you will experience the lovely combination of sweet raisins, plums, and prunes giving it a fruity overtone blended with dark barrel char, soft spice and hearty sherry. Macallan 12 has a long finish with lingering spice and sweet oaky undertones.
