M Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles 2022

The 2021 M Cabernet Sauvignon has that soft and round Paso Robles styling. Its cassis-scented nose previews a rich red with almost no tannins to speak of and an easy sipping style that plays into the jammy, figgy, dark plum, and chocolate fruit that melts in your mouth. You could drink this without food, although I recommend you serve it with barbecued ribs and a spicy sweet sauce. It's a New World red in every sense of the meaning.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
