True to Luna Hart, this wine is minimal intervention, unfined, and unfiltered. At bottling, it saw a small addition of champagne yeast, it then was aged on tirage for 12 months and was disgorged with a minimal amount of sulfur dioxide for aging potential. 

Aromatic notes of key lime pie are integrated with notes of frankincense and fresh bread aroma while the palate has racy acidity, and notes of white pepper and fresh ginger. The long elegant finish is accompanied by fine bubbles and notes of salinity. Perfect for any special occasion, like Tuesday... And at 11.1% we are deeming this wine breakfast bubbles.
