Luna Hart 2021 Gruner Veltliner Spear Vineyard
From the beginning, Luna Hart has focused on vineyards practicing sustainable, organic, or biodynamic farming throughout Santa Barbara County. Luna Hart wines are a representation of the grapes' origin, vintage and variety. Gretchen believes that her wines should be a reflection of the terroir and aims to highlight the qualities and beauty in each unique vintage and site she works with.
This wine was aged half in stainless steel and half in neutral French oak for 6 months, giving it a golden color and beautiful structure. As unfiltered and unfined, some sediment is normal.
This crisp, dry wine is driven with aromatics of pink grapefruit, lemon balm and lime zest with hints of fresh ginger and beeswax.
