The 2020 Mâcon-Uchizy has a clean and precise bouquet with touches of lemon balm, fern, and a crushed stone. The palate is well balanced but with more reduction than the other cuvées. Feel free to give this three to five years in bottle, and you’ll have a fine Mâcon-Uchizy on your hands. Closure: Diam.
