Las Californias is a gin brand developed by the Casa Lumbre team and Master Distiller Iván Soldaña. The gins are made with botanicals from both the California and Baja, Mexico coasts. This expression features Middle Eastern fig, apricot, citrus peels and leaves, lemongrass, almond, California juniper, and grape vines and leaves. It is bottled at 40% ABV and available as of June, 2022.
