White peaches, lemons, raw hazelnuts and lightly salted butter. Saline and tangy, but also sleek on the palate, with just-ripe white fruit flavors and soft bubbles. Chardonnay from Coteaux Sud d’Epernay. Base is 2021 with 50% reserve wines.

Based on the 2018 vintage and disgorged this year, the NV Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs derives from vines growing in the chalky Côteaux Sud d’Épernay. Unwinding in the glass with notions of crisp green apple, nougat, fresh bread and Meyer lemon, it's medium to full-bodied, chiseled and chalky, with tangy acids and a long, saline finish even in this demonstrative vintage.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
