La Soeur Cadette Beaujolais Nouveau 2025

La Sœur Cadette Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 is produced from 100% Gamay grown in Quincié-en-Beaujolais. Valentin Montanet sources fruit from a 0.75-hectare parcel of 72-year-old vines planted on sandy granite soils at 382 meters elevation, opposite the western slope of Côte de Brouilly. The organically farmed grapes are hand-harvested and undergo carbonic maceration with spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts in concrete tanks. La Sœur Cadette Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 receives minimal sulfur additions and no filtration, following natural winemaking principles. Released on November 20, 2025, this wine reflects Montanet's commitment to producing fresh, terroir-driven Beaujolais with integrity.

Vibrant ruby with purple hints. The nose shows fresh strawberry, red cherry, rose petals, and subtle mineral notes. The palate is light-bodied and juicy with bright acidity, fleshy red fruit, and a refreshing, spicy finish.
