This limited edition Ki No Jyu represents the 2020 Vintage and celebrates Gyokuro, the famous and perhaps best Japanese tea.

A pretty unbelievable and highly sought-after spirit, the flagshib Ki No Bi gin was released in 2016 and was made using a rice spirit base that included some locally sourced botanicals such as yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo leaves, green sansho and gyokuro tea.

KI NO BI (‘The Beauty of the Seasons’) is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. Our gin is made in a recognisable dry style but with a distinct Japanese accent.

Yes, in most cases, the photograph on the product page is of the specific bottle for sale. If we have multiple quantities of the same item, the photo represents the general condition of all bottles under that SKU. Any significant condition issues, such as low ullage or bin-stained labels, will be clearly noted in the product description. We use premium, industry-standard materials to protect every shipment. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
