Aged in 15% new oak and sourced from vines between 60 and 100 years old, this wine presents an expressive bouquet of white fruits, including apple, pear, and hints of honey and marzipan, with a touch of mint and warm spices over a limestone backdrop. The palate offers impressive concentration with finely layered white fruit, balanced beautifully with lively acidity and detailed minerality. The finish is long and pure, driven by bright white fruit and fine limestone character.
