Hillrock Pinot Noir Solera Aged Bourbon - Flask Fine Wine & Whisky

This wine cask-finished Bourbon entices with a mellow caramel aroma. The drying palate opens relatively woody, with cedar and spice, and a hint of raisin. It takes quite a lot of water to adjust, but it's worth tinkering with, finding the balance pulls out cocoa powder, vanilla and almond tones and rounds out the oaky edges, finishing with a flurry of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg.

Warm and sweet notes of vanilla, toffee and French oak complimented by a bouquet of floral and fruity notes – black cherry, currant, violet and nuts.

Caramel-vanilla nose replete with cherry, blackberry, citrus and sweet taffy, caramelized sugar, plum and caramel.

Long and vanilla-focused finish, highlighted with cherry and cabernet flavors.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
