Delicate pink in appearance, with soft summer berries and floral notes on the nose. The palate shows bright red fruits, driven by ripe strawberries, fresh cherries and redcurrants, with a crisp freshness and creamy, rounded texture on the finish. We like to think of this as the perfect expression of halcyon days.

Our distinctive Rosé is a sparkling for all seasons. It's characteristically complex, combining red-fruit flavours with spice, minerality and balanced acidity. It's incredibly versatile when it comes to food matching. Our Rosé is one of our most highly awarded wines and won gold at this year's International Wine Challenge.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
