The 2019 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is an alluring shade of deep purple-red, concentrated to the edge of the glass. A spectrum of aromas bound from the glass: blackberry, red currant, coffee, dusty cocoa, and white pepper. On the palate, flavors are beautifully held in balance by the fine, chalky tannin, its initial grip slowly melting to a long, silky finish. Interwoven notes of sour cherry, red raspberry, and chocolate invite another sip.
