Field Recordings is the creation of Andrew Jones based out of Paso Robles, known for producing a variety of wines that are both serious representations of variety and place, and incredibly delicious wines you just want to DRINK. Kitties is firmly the latter. A mishmash of varieties fermented in different ways, all coming together to form a tutti frutti chillable red blend that is just lip-smacking good. Bright, fresh, crisp and aromatic.
This is paramount to our business. We source our products exclusively from reputable, licensed importers, distributors, wine brokers, and world-renowned auction houses such as Sotheby's and Christie's. We also acquire bottles from select private collections where clear and documented provenance is provided, ensuring a verifiable history for our finest items.
Yes, in most cases, the photograph on the product page is of the specific bottle for sale. If we have multiple quantities of the same item, the photo represents the general condition of all bottles under that SKU. Any significant condition issues, such as low ullage or bin-stained labels, will be clearly noted in the product description. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
