This kentucky bourbon features a nose of deep vanilla and mint with a medium to long finish. Evan williams bourbon is aged in oak barrels far longer than required by law giving it a richer smoother taste profile and bottled at a higher proof. Enjoy evan williams bourbon neat in a whiskey glass in a highball on the rocks or in a signature cocktail such as an old fashioned.

The nose is very light, but pleasant. It’s primarily dried wood and hay with a bit of peanut shell lingering beneath. Soft and buttery, the palate leads with vanilla cream, caramel chew, and a soft oak. It’s classic and unremarkable. The finish has a pleasant amount of heat that fades quickly. There’s more flavor on the finish with a touch of black pepper, nondescript oak, and a bit of nutmeg.
