The Champagne has a pale golden color with bright reflections. The bubbles are fine and persistent, forming a delicate mousse. Its clarity is exemplary, indicating high quality. Aromas of white fruits such as pear and apple blend with notes of white flowers like acacia and orange blossom. Toasted bread and fresh butter nuances can also be perceived, along with subtle minerality. Hints of hazelnuts and yeast add an additional dimension to this aromatic bouquet.
